1. Shipping Partner
We proudly partner with An Post, Ireland’s national postal service, to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your gifts. We use tracked postage for most orders to give you peace of mind.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all counties within the Republic of Ireland.
International shipping is not currently available (see Section 5 for details).
3. Processing Times
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
• Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch
• During peak periods, including Christmas and other high-demand times, processing times may be longer than usual

Shipping Option: Tracked Postage
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
Cost: €5.95 (Free on orders over €60)
Free Tracked Shipping is automatically applied at checkout, for all orders over €60 within the Republic of Ireland.
5. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
However, we are always working to improve our services and hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
Note: If/when international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your An Post tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime at: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search
A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, An Post will leave a delivery notice. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the instructions on the notice to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from a local depot. If no action is taken within the time specified, the parcel will be returned to us, and redelivery charges will apply.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please:
• Check your tracking information
• Contact us at our email: info@giftcraft.ie with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist
For time-sensitive deliveries, please order early to allow for any unexpected postal delays.
8. Disclaimer
We cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout
• Lost or undelivered parcels where tracking shows the item as delivered
• Delays caused by customs clearance, postal network disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control (force majeure)
Please ensure all shipping details, including Eircode/Postcode and the recipient’s phone number, are accurate when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery fees will apply.
9. Local Pickup or Same-Day Delivery
We do not currently offer local pickup or same-day delivery, but we are exploring ways to expand our delivery options in the near future.
